Although there are tons of EDM festivals every Summer, these are 5 from all over the world that need to be on your bucket list.
Tomorrowland- Belgium: Mid-Late July
Taking the title as probably the most notorious and sought after EDM festival in the world, Tomorrowland is every raver’s dream palace. Just outside Brussels, Tomorrowland puts on a 2 weekend long outrageous fest of the world’s top DJs and also some of the best scenic shows of any festival. This is truly an experience, and every year close to 200,000 people flock here from all over the globe to engage in the debauchery that is Tomorrowland.
Electric Daisy Carnival- Las Vegas: Mid June
As one of the top party cities in the world, it’s only natural for Vegas to host one of the biggest EDM festivals in the world. Set in the desert heat of Summer, expect festival goers to wear close to nothing, as around 300,000 people head to Sin City to cause mayhem. One of the most popular festivals in the U.S., the world’s best DJs come here for an unforgettable time. EDC has expanded to other cities as well, but Las Vegas holds the crown as the one to be at.
Kazantip Festival- Ukraine: Late July-Mid August
So you say you’ve been on a partying binge or bender. Well, nothing you have ever done compares to the Kazantip Festival in the Ukraine. This thing is what partying is all about. Lasting for FIVE WEEKS, Kazantip is the world’s longest running EDM festival in the world. Over 150,000 people head to this every year to rage, with many costumes in their bags. EDM is played 24/7 at this place, so you can literally dance for 35 days straight. Think you can handle this party?
Nature One- Germany: Early August
Serving as Germany’s largest EDM festival every Summer, Nature One is something you can’t miss if you happen to find yourself in Europe this Summer. Besides the tens of thousands of people that head here to rage their face off, clubs from all over Europe head to Nature One to set up shop with their own stages and tents bringing DJs to spin music as well. It’s like an enormous club with mini clubs inside of it. The options are endless, and if you can’t find a way to slam drinks and party here, than you are doing it wrong. Very wrong.
Global Gathering- UK: End of July
An annual 2 day festival that takes place in a different country every year in Europe, Global Gathering is seen as one of the essential EDM festivals in the world to hit up. Attracting over 250,000 people every year, and usually boasting one of the top lineups of any EDM festival, this epic party is something you have to see to believe. Who doesn’t want to party with people from all different parts of Europe? Think about it, since you don’t speak the same languages, the only thing left to do is throttle drinks, dance, and hookup.
