When considering which Las Vegas pools to choose for your Daylife excursions, three questions often come up: which hotel pools are open to the public, which have blackjack and which are toptional (topless).
Vegas Pools Open to the Public
The most important question of the three is which pools are open to non-hotel guests. Many casino pools are reserved for hotel guests only. However, since summertime in Vegas draws so much attention, many hotels have opened their pools to the public. These include:
- Aria
- Artisian
- Bally’s
- Caesar’s
- Cosmopolitan
- Encore
- Flamingo
- Golden Nugget
- Hard Rock
- Hooters
- Luxor
- M Resort
- Mandalay Bay
- MGM Grand
- The Mirage
- Palazzo
- Palms
- Planet Hollywood
- Rio
- Rumor
- Stratosphere
- Tropicana
- Venetian
Poolside Gambling in Las Vegas
Blackjack is a growing trend for Daylife pool parties. There are 13 pools across the city (as of this writing) that have fully equipped poolside blackjack areas. These include:
- Caesars Palace
- Cosmopolitan
- Encore
- Flamingo
- Golden Nugget
- Hard Rock
- Mandalay Bay
- M Resort
- Palms
- Stratosphere
- Tropicana
- Wynn
Hard Rock and Caesars Palace feature swim up blackjack tables as well as traditional poolside tables. All the blackjack tables have been designed specifically for outdoor weather so don’t worry about losing your winning hand on a windy day.
No shirt? No Problem! Topless Vegas Pools
Of all the Las Vegas pools, nine are toptional, offering pool areas designated as topless. These include:
- Naked Pool at Artisan
- Venus Pool Club at Caesars Palace
- XS Pool at Encore
- The Hideout at Golden Nugget
- Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay
- Bare Pool Lounge at the Mirage
- The Voodoo at the Rio
- Tao Beach at the Venetian
- Sunset Pool at the Wynn
Naked Pool at Artisan is the only topless pool that doesn’t charge a cover to any guests. Topless pools including Moorea Beach Club, Voodoo and Tao Beach allow local ladies in free. Moorea Beach Club allows local men in free before noon and Tao Beach allows all locals in free. The cover charge for the rest of the toptional pools ranges between $10 to $30.
